As I’m sure many girls are before they get married, I was relatively careful about what I ate. I mean, not overly careful… I’ve never been super concerned about it or anything. But I avoided soda, ate a lot of white meat and stuff, and actually got into the habit of eating breakfast (which is way better for you than not eating breakfast).
One of the most vital sacrifices I made was the sacrifice of the frozen burrito. I don’t know how those things are so good, but I have been addicted to them on and off since high school. They’re cheap, they’re easy, and they’re delicious. And they’re the staple of my post-marriage diet.
