Are you a smoothie person? I almost can’t go a day without drinking a smoothie or protein shake for breakfast. It’s easy to throw together when I’m running out the door, and way more delicious than eggs or healthy cereal. (I’ve developed this weird aversion to eggs in recent months – I can only eat them sunny side up or in an omelet. Every other way makes me gag.)
I have a lot of smoothie recipes that I rotate through, but my favorite by far is this PB&J smoothie that I usually end up drinking two or three times a week. It sounds super gross until you try it, and then you’re like, “why didn’t I think of this?”
